So sweet as love is thy creation
I offer, Oh God, my due adoration
Gave thou me a pious life & soul
Imparting a lesson to play my role
What a great joy, thou hath given
From the deep sea to the heaven
Drew the moon and star in the sky
Like a coloured canopy in does lie
How mystery is the way thou make
Thy sweet nature with plants awake
Sprouting leaves & begetting buds
Blooming the flowers with no odds
Stored the food for all that survive
How great thou art we art the naive
Make the clouds to fly in the sky
Drop the rain as the need does lie
Some where ocean & another plain
Where deep forest & here mountain
Behold we all that thou hath made
But reason behind all, we not read
Give thou lives and give thou joys
Why men suffer & die closing eyes
Unravished is thy plan behind all
How can man know thy pious role
