Untold Love Is Sweeter

Told love is sweet as all we do feel
But love that is untold sweeter still
The way of love,is seen at a glance
To dulcify the heart,if betide chance
God is over head counting thought
Marks what is pure or feigning heart
Reigns the mind that heavenly born
Since time flits, it does well sojourn
Though man is nothing to the blood
Why drops drop in a darkling flood
Drown the manly sprit with tongue
Oh great the emotion ! but no wrong
So sweet as love that joys shower
On this mortal earth it is too rare
Ripening is the time,draws a picture
Unravished is its sketch for ever
If God made man and for him earth
Ripening crops in the fertile heath
Water in the river and air in the sky
Why does the heart rend with all lie
